Morning Service: 10.30 am

Shaldon is a small village at the mouth of the River Teign, opposite Teignmouth and about 5 miles from Newton Abbot. The church was built in 1867, with the schoolroom building added later.

We are a very warm and friendly congregation and enjoy welcoming visitors to our church. We share fun and fellowship together after our 10.30 am service on a Sunday, over coffee and biscuits in the schoolroom. For the services this month see Shaldon Services

We hold a coffee morning every Wednesday with stalls for books and bric-a-brac. These are very well supported and enjoyed by people both from the church and the local community.

On Thursdays, during term-time, we run our Thursday Club for junior school aged children. We have craft activities, table tennis, snooker tables, team games and lots of fun!

We have a church breakfast on the first Saturday of each month, at 8.15 am, where we share fellowship over a continental breakfast and then listen to a speaker.

We hold a monthly Faith and Fellowship bible study on a Tuesday afternoon.

Other activities include occasional ‘bring and share’ and hot lunches, as well as events for special occasions, often joining with other churches in the village.
